          1) How far and how fast can it go?

          The ES80 delivers up to 30–35 km per charge. It’s factory-limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph) for street compliance. Real range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature, and speed.

          2) Is it waterproof? Can I ride in the rain?

          It’s weather-resistant for light rain and splashy roads. Don’t submerge or jet-wash it. Dry the ports after wet rides and store indoors. (Reflectors differ by region: UK—Yellow, US/EU—Red.)

          3) Does it have app control? Which app do I use?

          Yes. Recent batches may arrive with Tuya Smart (or AOVOPRO app) depending on market—both are normal. Pair via Bluetooth, then use the app to lock the scooter, toggle lights, view speed/battery/mileage, set cruise, and adjust e-brake.

          4) How long does charging take and how do I care for the battery?

          Typical charge time is 4–5 hours. For best battery health, avoid storing below 20%, charge at room temperature, and unplug once full.
